All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) via EMS: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Professional Tip: For time-sensitive projects, we recommend selecting Standard Shipping for faster delivery of your auger bits, router bits, or cordless tool battery packs.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges
